Yes ofc. I would be nw 3 by now if it was not for fin. Luckily hairloss completely stopped it looks like. A little bit of regrowth too along the hairline, slow progress tho.

I have had long hair all my life so I know how to run my fingers through it to make it look normal after getting fucked up in the wind.

Also, try using dry shampoo and hair cream (invest in a good cream, I like the one made by Moroccanoil) my hair quality improved a lot using these two things. Although I don't have the cream applied in this pic. Cream keeps my hair flexible and easy to style throughout the day

I have been on it since June and still recovering from the shed. It looks like you didn’t experience one.

Yeah I wouldn't really say I did tbh. 2 weeks in I noticed a lot less hair loss, but I still get periods of increased hair fall.
