You have a narrowish jaw and looks like you have recessed chin. The mouth is narrow in width, you nose is not to wide but you lips is narrow because narrow lower jaw probably. But yes debloat and send a new pic. Maybe something is hiding under there.

My Tongue Is fitting completly in my jaw, but that could also be why the ratio looks like my nose is too wide but its because my lips are to narrow. Im starting a debloat journey now do you have any guides on here you can share for my journey?
