My nostrils widen a lot whenever I smile!!! GTFIH!!!!!

They widen a lot to where it almost dwarfs my mouth, what surgery is there to correct this (if you can even correct this)?

Easy. There are two independent muscle regions doing that action. Your noses and the mouths . figure out how to smile without the nose
