A woman is first compared to women that are her age and in her city. After that, she is being compared to women that are around her age and in her city. then she gets compared to women from other cities, then to women from other countries, from other age groups etc.

but her core SMV is determined by how she fairs between women her age in her area. old itis legit was the best looking girl born in 1995, the competition for her was that low. i even posted other girls my age here and they got rated much lower. JFL. And she was very well aware of the fact.
