This is me right now, no pump just finished eating steak and eggs for dinner, i look like shit high body fat bloated and little muscle mass

I am 1 week on the cut now but it feels like shit im weak and hungry af, i lost 2 kgs in 1 week

I wish I could lose that much in a week, I'd be that much closer to my goal weight before the summer. You said you're on low carb right? How much have you decreased the carbs on your plate? You got meal photos?

0 carbs for breakfast only eggs and coffe for breakfast
Little to no rice or potato on lunch and dinner 0 carbs again.
I dont have photo of meals but my dinner today was 3 eggs and 200grams of red meat with sliced tomato.

Absolute insanity, I admire your dedication though. Personally, I couldn't imagine living life without rice, potatoes and bread. I need that fuel bro.

I've tried the no carb thing before and I always went back. I did carnivore diet and I had bloody stools. I did ketogenic and I carb crashed days later. No matter what I do, my body is hard locked to being accustomed to high carb lifestyle, particularly grains.

As long as I'm not eating goyslop and sugary trash, I'm okay with this.
