I will start the cycle once I get all my supplements (in 3 days I guess).
I will do 8 weeks minimum with ostarine, starting with 10mg and building my way up to 25mg.
About cardirine idk, I think I'll do it for 1 month at 10mg max coz I don't want to cancermaxx ngl.
Side note: I have enclo on hand that I plan to use on week 6 regardless if I'm suppressed or not.
Supplements that I will use:
tudca, NAC (this makes my stomach hurt), fish oils, niacin, creatine, magnesium, potassium, ashwagandha, d3, k2, calcium, berberine + some stimulants + yohimbine for fasted cardio. Suggestions are appreciated
Gym program: (Emphasizing chest, bis and shoulders)
Day 1: Chest + Bis + Shoulders + Abs
Day 2: Back + Tris
Day 3: Bis + Abs + Shoulders
Day 4: Legs (Maybe)
Repeat Day 1 etc, (depends on how sore I feel)
30-45 Minutes incline walks ED (15-20% incline, 5-6kmh speed(~3mph for burgercels))
2 fasted 30-minute HIIT elliptic sessions per week. (Elliptic because it goes easier on the legs)
Eat around 2500 of only clean foods with no cheat meals. (300g of meat daily + 5 eggs is the bare minimum)
Im 190/6'3
Once I finish my cycle I'll show before and after results in another thread with my whole SARMS experience. Don't type 'just do test and var bro! u will have better results!', I know but I wanted to try ostarine first. Test will be the next step for sure.
