Facial Features is the most important among the 3.
Facial Features carry 50% whereas height and body carries 25% each.
And rating works like this

Benji's height rating 6/10(25%)
Benji's Facial Features 6/10(50%)
Benji's Body 2/10(25%)
So, his overall rating will be
3(facial features)+1.5(height)+0.5(Body)=5

So, his rating is 5/10
