my parents know absolutely nothing about health
they think working out is bad chewing hard food is bad and mouth breathing is beneficial
ive been feed slop my entire life and became a mouth breathing estrogen farm
discovered looksmaxxing about 3 years ago and ever since they seem to try and stop me from improving everytime, they think I have an ed because im in a slight calorie deficit and any form of improvement they try to stop
they also cursed me with shitty genetics and height but I dont really blame them for that lmao
