a common dyel problem seems to be only feeling bench press and other chest exercises in your arms
but yesterday i did some weighed pushups with 15 pounds and repped 105 bench and finally got pec doms
i feel like i have been making good strength gains from the erratic football lifts we’ve had (coaches finally realized that maybe lifting during the season is a good idea when the season is almost over and both varsity and jv teams have already got asspounded by every team we’ve played )
excited to actually lift with a real routine and max effort once football ends
