I wanted to list my stack on here and my reasonings to see what people thought and debate on whether it’s a good light stack I can add on to it or cope it’s no roid max cause I actually care about my health and I believe you could achieve results close to these androgynous substances maybe not close but with smart substance choices and enough research being able to get close benefits with none of the side affects that’s in my opinion a million times better than just recking your biochemistry for some better stats.

I am taking mk677 for the increased grelin to help me eat and maybe some of the gh but honestly the gh that comes out of mk is near cope but the ability to hit my calories is so good and the amount of strength I’ve gained in such a short amount of time wether it’s the actual substance or just the fact that I’m eating a lot more I can’t stop mk not for now at least. I’m 6,3 and my daily calories intake before was around 1900 and even when I tried eating it would only go up to 2500 and that’s not enough to get to normal bmi so I don’t care how much of a bitch I am to not just picking up a fork I’d rather actually solve my problem smart and the benifits out weighed the downside for me. Now I’m eating close to 3500 to 4000 calories a day and I’ve been taking a glucose test every week tracking it fasted right after I wake up and it’s been in the ranges of 70 to 90 mg/dl only one time has it shown that I was hypoglycemic and I was I think 65 or 62 but I speculated it was from a big meal I had last night that caused the raise in insulin from my body I ate something and tested it again and it was back to 92. I started my stack doing 10mg a day with two days off every week to now which is 25mg. I can’t lie though I’ve been taking it for a while now more than 3 months and I have had the worry that I’ve started to get desensitized to it and I might have to take off for a month to regain the effects but I can’t say that it’s not working at all it’s definitely working.

Because of the lower amount of gh I’m also taking cjc without dac. I know it might seem stupid but I really wanted to keep the mk in my stack while also adding something that would give me a large enough spike of gh to be a productive amount. While researching I realized that any other option would be either redundant or would just further increase the risks that the mk already had so I decided that cjc no dac right before bed would be the best option as I’d take mk during the day and by the time it’s night time I’d take cjc no dac to help me keep a deep sleep with a large natural spike than take two days off with my two days off mk.

So far for the positives I’ve experienced amazing sleep amazing gains not just visually even though I am really really bloated but the gains kinda out weigh that tbh but the strength too I’ve been almost raising my weights and reps at the gym every other week and my bench has been climbing non stop.

No for the bad although to me some of it just reassures me that it’s doing its job but I have experience some joint paint thankfully not in my knees but a lot in my wrists sometimes I think I need to crack it but it doesn’t wanna crack and it just hurts and I just have to leave it alone for a while also my right toe hurts a lot but it’s manageable and usually it never bothers me at the gym. Another down side is although my sleep is good I’ve been too tired I think I’ve developed lethargic symptom I’m always tired and it can affect my ability to stay up when it’s almost the end of the day or during the day I’ve taken many naps in between the day so that’s definitely noticeable but again it doesn’t bother me at the gym and nothing a 300mg monster coffee can’t fix . Another thing that actually bothers me and I’m actively trying to find something to add to my stack to fix although it’s very small is that some people I know say that I’m more not angry but irritated I’m personally not a hostile person and sure I can get mad but I never show it or never let it bother but recently it’s shown a little bit out and I think the elevated cortisol might have something to do with it. I have something in mind oxytocin caught my eye I might discuss what it is in the future but for now I’m still researching but this is my stack what do you think is it cope

I understand to someone who’s tryna societymax but personally I don’t care I have no problem being honest about that kinda stuff and honestly I don’t mind sharing my finding and my stack so other people can benefit from my experience. Mewing chewing bone smashing thumb pulling is all cope. marpe and hard maxing is the only true way to actually grow bone after puberty and I don’t have very high expectations for this stack but there is evidence of roid changing the face acromegaly is a thing from access gh but you’d have to take large large amounts of gh for acromegaly and prob not from ghrp like actual ius of hgh but my money isn’t on any of that there’s evidence that your clavs keep growing to 25 im 19 and i wanna test if this will help my clavs are pretty average for my hieght and if it works than it work if it changes my facial shape that’s a plus too but the most it would do would probably effect the brow or eye area no jaw changes if it doesn’t do any of that gh still has positive purposes like better skin hair bone health and I get jacked

Well obviously you can’t beat genetics but there’s a bell curve to it all of these methods is to get close enough to genetically perfect before anything further would be too much or ogre and even being a little over the curve can still work but saying that these things won’t ascend you is just wrong nobody is perfect so any surgical imperfection even though it prob wouldn’t happen your manual changing your numbers could just be masked as a natural imperfection and since the technology is there implant or actually hard max as long as you have the money and get the right person to do it with a little luck you could ascend really far depending on how low you are if you were sub 5 you’d prob go as far as mtn but if you were mtn htn you have bad under eye or you just wanna get better features you could ascend above that it’s not impossible i wouldn’t call bloating a downside you usually have to wait a couple months for it to go away the downsides would be money and tryna find someone who wouldn’t botch you those people who look retarded after having surgery or whatever cosmetic done are actually just retarded like they want all the benefit but do none of the research they walk in getting filler than wonder why they look like bloated pufferfish or the go in and ask some random plastic surgeon in turkey to make them look like a celebrity give me small nose and big cheeks when they prob have bad orbitals or more forward growth to match there nose and brows the absence of intellect in the field doesn’t mean there is no intellect in going down that path just people are retarded they are the exception.

All in all my Idea is combine all pharamacology with mechanical stimulus of any. But even that might take years or wont work at all or end up botched.

I agree with most of what you said I did say that mewing and anything related is cope but I should rephrase I think it’s cope if your done puberty and for your surgery journey I know you said you don’t like implant but make sure that bimax is right for you there are things that bimax can’t fix in a 3d standpoint that implants can solve and price wise silicon in my opinion should be the same as titanium there’s a difference but the body does develope scar tissue around the implant that eventually feels just like real bone and they both “degrade” the bone the same rate but you don’t need to worry about degrading it’s true that it can cause a slight degradation of the bone but it’s through a long time and the amount of degraded bone is so so small compared to the millimeters you’ve gained you don’t need to worry about it.

I wanted to list my stack on here and my reasonings to see what people thought and debate on whether it’s a good light stack I can add on to it or cope it’s no roid max cause I actually care about my health and I believe you could achieve results close to these androgynous substances maybe not close but with smart substance choices and enough research being able to get close benefits with none of the side affects that’s in my opinion a million times better than just recking your biochemistry for some better stats.

I am taking mk677 for the increased grelin to help me eat and maybe some of the gh but honestly the gh that comes out of mk is near cope but the ability to hit my calories is so good and the amount of strength I’ve gained in such a short amount of time wether it’s the actual substance or just the fact that I’m eating a lot more I can’t stop mk not for now at least. I’m 6,3 and my daily calories intake before was around 1900 and even when I tried eating it would only go up to 2500 and that’s not enough to get to normal bmi so I don’t care how much of a bitch I am to not just picking up a fork I’d
Mk for ghrelin is great and also the only reason u shld use it. As for the cjc its cope, the hgh levels you will gain are slightly more than mk. And to even call this a stack is honestly a joke. Only thing u will see from cjc and mk is the ghrelin and sleep/possible recovery benefits. If your goal is to gymmax you should be taking test and hgh.
 
I’ve considered hgh but there are higher risks concerns not the organ growing part but the halting of the pituitary to stop its own production I know it goes back to normal if you dose off of it but there’s still some risks and it’s diffrent for everyone. Also if you do the math if you took ghrps and ghrhs for long enough depending on what you take you’d reach 80% of the gh produced from hgh it would just be a slow process some might say it’s cope since it’s still a small amount some might say it’s better because it’s under high igf1 levels for longer . Of course hgh is always better but idk I’d have to have someone really convince me otherwise wise to do it and a source to get it.

Now I’m eating close to 3500 to 4000 calories a day and I’ve been taking a glucose test every week tracking it fasted right after I wake up and it’s been in the ranges of 70 to 90 mg/dl only one time has it shown that I was hypoglycemic and I was I think 65 or 62 but I speculated it was from a big meal I had last night that caused the raise in insulin from my body I ate something and tested it again and it was back to 92. I started my stack doing 10mg a day with two days off every week to now which is 25mg. I can’t lie though I’ve been taking it for a while now more than 3 months and I have had the worry that I’ve started to get desensitized to it and I might have to take off for a month to regain the effects but I can’t say that it’s not working at all it’s definitely working.

Because of the lower amount of gh I’m also taking cjc without dac. I know it might seem stupid but I really wanted to keep the mk in my stack while also adding something that would give me a large enough spike of gh to be a productive amount. While researching I realized that any other option would be either redundant or would just further increase the risks that the mk already had so I decided that cjc no dac right before bed would be the best option as I’d take mk during the day and by the time it’s night time I’d take cjc no dac to help me keep a deep sleep with a large natural spike than take two days off with my two days off mk.

So far for the positives I’ve experienced amazing sleep amazing gains not just visually even though I am really really bloated but the gains kinda out weigh that tbh but the strength too I’ve been almost raising my weights and reps at the gym every other week and my bench has been climbing non stop.

No for the bad although to me some of it just reassures me that it’s doing its job but I have experience some joint paint thankfully not in my knees but a lot in my wrists sometimes I think I need to crack it but it doesn’t wanna crack and it just hurts and I just have to leave it alone for a while also my right toe hurts a lot but it’s manageable and usually it never bothers me at the gym. Another down side is although my sleep is good I’ve been too tired I think I’ve developed lethargic symptom I’m always tired and it can affect my ability to stay up when it’s almost the end of the day or during the day I’ve taken many naps in between the day so that’s definitely noticeable but again it doesn’t bother me at the gym and nothing a 300mg monster coffee can’t fix . Another thing that actually bothers me and I’m actively trying to find something to add to my stack to fix although it’s very small is that some people I know say that I’m more not angry but irritated I’m personally not a hostile person and sure I can get mad but I never show it or never let it bother but recently it’s shown a little bit out and I think the elevated cortisol might have something to do with it. I have something in mind oxytocin caught my eye I might discuss what it is in the future but for now I’m still researching but this is my stack what do you think is it cope
