It's not your "philtrum", your teeth point outward. You can get this corrected with braces and moving your teeth inward but it may look retarded depending on what your teeth currently look like.

More than anything I would recommend a genio, that way the forwardness of your philtrum can be matched by a forward chin, and it'll look harmonious.
