i am not claiming i had a good physique
i am not claiming i had a good amount of muscle
i am not claiming i have a good frame, many say i don’t
i am not saying this was ideal



imo the before was drastically better.
the difference is about 10kg, a decent amount of fat, but also a decent amount of muscle lost also.

i will try recover the (little amount of) gains that i previously had, through a very lean bulk to ensure i keep the leanness that i’ve looksmined my physique to get.

lost a decent amount of muscle i think, there’s somehow a 10kg difference. i forgot to mention which i’ll add in that the after pic is also completely depleted since i do less than 40g carbs a day since it makes my face look a lot better

i need to get back to where i was! the grind starts! don’t do restarted crash diet to drop bf, you’ll lose more muscle than u think.

i’ve been back in gym for 2 months after not training in slight deficit, as well as ketogenic diet since my face looks better on low carbs for some reason.

since i’m depleted i haven’t been going for peak lifts, now since ill enter a very lean bulk ill test em out.

What were you OHPing, benching and squatting before ?

Yea but at least it’s not noticeable you can still retake your progress

hopefully after lean bulking, i’ll get bigger so the fact i am depleted of glycogen will not make a difference.
