i have a very crazy shape shifting physique , there are months where i look crazy good shape biceps veins poppin , shoulder veins v shape , and there are weeks , where i look like a skinnycel
tf is this


my mind is obviously on TRT
gonna call my doctor i really have enough of back and forth
few days of not sleeping on time , not eating enough , not consistently working out i turn to a non lifter

jfl i’m self a aware we don’t need to put some jewish medical terms on that bro ,
inconsistent the weeks , and i realized i actually need 2800 kcal to keep my weight wtf kind of metabolism is this
i’m just 72kg at 6ft1 ,
at 2300kcal i get leaner and leaner i’m starving but not building muscle just defining more and more
on 2800 i feel like a normal human being

i get that , but i remember being on trt even weeks of training my neck traps shoulder especially never got smaller ,
natural you gotta bust your ass off all the time that’s actually stressing the fuck out of us for the tiny gains that come without adding useless bodyfat

i will try hcg / clomid hopefully not going blind pajeet mode , or just trt for ever

ped's are disgusting, useless death traps (my opinion), so i cant comment on that, imo u should cut it out but i can imagine it would affect your physique in weird ways

being at 1000-1200ng/dl constantly no matter how you sleep or stress from lifestyle

no weird stuff that makes you go bald and fuck up skin
