I started training natty at age 20. I didn’t track calories but just ate everything in site and trained the same muscle groups everyday. I didn’t really know what I was doing. However, despite the lack of planning I progressed and trained like this for 2.5 years and built a pretty good natty physique.

After graduating college I decided to start my first cycle: 500 test enanthate. Within 8 weeks my physique totally blew up.

I trained upper/lower split 6x a week and ate in a 500 calorie surplus. I ate lots of carbs but diet wasn’t perfect: chicken, beef, rice, burritos, whey protein, berries, oats.

At the time I lived in a small apartment and bought a nutribullet to make protein shakes and would cook with the space I had.

For my training I focused on delts and arms mostly, as I realized an aesthetic physique primarily had a wide bideltoid narrow waist and large arms. I also trained neck. These were my results: (pics attached)

I ran another cutting cycle with 250 test and var and it was good but nothing crazy. I just started another cycle with:

400 test, 20 mg Telmisartan, 0.5 mg Dut, 50 mg RU58841

In my prime I was 6’3 230

Tips: Nucleus overload does work, do cardio while bulking, avoid processed foods, train within 1-2 reps of failure

@Intel.Imperative @Orc I think overall something like 300-600 test maybe with an oral kickstart like Var run for 4-6 months while clean bulking is ideal. I’m not a fan of DHT derivatives due to sides and affect on lipids. The most sustainable long term protocol is best as muscle building is a slow process
