My one-year ascension
plan. So this will be a long post, but I will say the stuff first, like what I'm going to do over this time. Then at the end, I will give the exact thing, what I'm going to do, like the routine week by week, month by month, stuff like that. In this year of ascending, I will be doing things like peptides, bone smashing, thumb pulling, general improvement, and also looking at things like the bones in the human face and stuff like that, and really research looks maxing, so I get real good at it. But towards the end of the ascension, I will be doing 20 kilometres of walking a day and four to six times lifting weights a week. Now, on to locks maxim helpers. I will be bone smashing 15 minutes a day. how I will be bone smashing on my chin, on my right side of my face because one side, one cheekbone, zygote, is quite larger than the other, so I'm gonna bone smash on the right side of my face. Bone smashing the browidge. And now on to thumb pulling. I will thumb pull at first 30 seconds a day because it's quite hard at first, but towards the three months mark, I will be doing 90 seconds. I meant an hour, so 90 seconds an hour by the three months mark. I will be doing 30 seconds thumb pulling and 40 seconds forward thumb pulling, so to get forward growth because I'm lacking in forward growth by quite a bit. Next, I will dye my eyebrows black and use minoxidil and a dermaroller to thicken them up. I will be doing that once I start making money maxing. Next, whitening teeth. I will brush my teeth two times a day, once at morning and once at night, for two minutes each. And also, when I start money maxing, I will start using whitening strips onto the next one. Hair. I have dark brown hair. So I will grow my hair out quite a bit, because right now I have a buzz cut. It will be sort of like a Tyler Durden hairstyle, but longer by like three inches. So a Tyler Durden hairstyle, but a decent bit longer. Next, colouring. So, I will tan a lot. Right now I'm pale, really pale. I do have naturally very blue eyes. So, yeah, I'm gonna tan a lot and get super good colouring. Next. So right now I don't make any money pretty much, and also my family is poor, so I will be on a good but cheap diet. So, eggs, they are very high in nutrients, one of the most nutrient-dense foods. Second, milk, lots of protein for the cost. Third, meat, ground beef, from chicken drumsticks, chicken thighs, so cheap cuts of meat. Fourth, organs, so like liver, heart, brain, stuff like that. And last, bone broth. It's very cheap and it's good. Next. 444 social maxing, going outside, talk to people, talk to women, get good at texting women, because if you can't speak properly, you don't have a shot. A sub-5 will be more getting more than you if you are a complete incel, and they were very social.So pretty much, I will be going on things like to bow or something like that, Y-O-U-B, I think, something like that. But I will be texting girls there just to get a texting game. And I will be spending a lot more time outside in the real world. Any chance I get, like if my dad or something is going to the shops, I will go with him. So stuff like that. 555 Fashion maxing, I will get good at fashion. So, get like eight pairs of shorts, shirts, four pairs of shoes. That's actually fashionable instead of completely idiotic. So yeah, next, 555 Frame maxing. I already have a super good frame, about 15. My frame is about 21 inches front rift, but I can probably get it to 24, 25 in a year if I work out hard.
