My plan to fix all vitamin deficiencies i have

Expensive probiotics + prebiotics to fix GUT after the antibiotics i used to eradicate H pylori and SIBO

Vitamin D3 + K2 4000 UI a day ( D3 level was 19 )

Vitamin C 500 mg a day ( Vitamin C was extremely low )

Folate ( Vitamin B9 ) + Vitamin B12 ( 1 mg a day of each )

Magnesium 400 MG a day to activate D3 in body



After some i fix those i will try to add some Iron and eventually some Biotin ( Vitamin B7 )


Sometimes i will also megadose Betta Carotane since D3 depletes vitamin A

macronutrients does not replace vitamins. D3 is so important nowadays that is almost considered a hormone.

and the irony of calling this a health thread when ure using supplements, u dont understand anything about supps, the vitamin supps are by far the worst ones as many are taken from things that dont actually work (vitamin C for example is usually taking from the fiber part of PLANT-VITAMIN C (which is not the same as vitamin-C from animalfoods), so you wont absorb it as its part of the fiber, and even if you could its still plant vitamin C and not the vitamin C from animals. (im using vitamin C as an example because thats what u said), vitamin supplements in general can also in most cases be toxic, at least the mineral supplements tend to work better in most cases
