My plan to get leaner and gain muscle/dimorphism at the same time.

Step 1: Buy 3 Vials of Trenbolone acetate 100mg/ml and Masteron Propionate 100mg/ml, inyecting 50mg of each one daily
And using 20mg dbol pre workout.

350mg tren ace week
350 mast ace week
20dbol daily
8 weeks total

Step 2: Eat raw beef heart, raw bull testicles, raw butter, raw eggs. For nutrition maxxing.

Step 3: 6 days a week weightlifting with daily fasted cardio

The tren will shed fat, make me gain dimorphism and also give me muscle, masteron will make me vascular, gain muscle and provide estrogen side effects protection so no gyno or shit and dbol to creatr fullness in the muscles and extra strenght in the training sessions.

Currently 106kgs 188cm 15% body fat.
My goal is to add 8-12kgs of muscle and loose 5% bofy fat in 8 weeks
