1. Downsize current ICE headcount from 22,000 diverse employees to 10,000 full-white frontline combatants
Do this by culling the office workers (no need for paperwork) and all the ethnics/poor/short employees and give them no severance. Fill up ICE with 6'6+ 260LB+ WASPs from military or PMC backgrounds who are already very used to genociding ethnics. (SAS/Blackwater/Royal Navy/Royal Marines).
2. Enhance ICE equipment
Give them 7.62mm tungsten-cored full-auto rifles, IFVs with mounted machine guns, loitering munitions, Level IV plate carriers and lethal crowd-cleansing tools like flamethrowers.
3. Deploy ICE battalions to diverse cities (LA, Minnesota, NYC, Chicago) in phases
Deploy them in armored columns with auxiliary support from the National Guard, Army Reserve, air support from Air National Guard and naval bombardment from US Navy and Royal Navy surface warships. Each city should feel the full might of ICE + auxiliary (approx. 30,000 "boots on the ground") for a solid couple weeks until the city's ethnic population is fully wiped out. This includes anybody with 1/8th ethnic blood or more, plus Jews.
At 2 weeks per major U.S. city with 30,000 ICE + support personnel in active combat per city, the entire cleansing operation should be done in 10-16 months. Rural areas and small towns will be cleansed by specialized "cleansing squadrons" of 8-16 ICE personnel on a small, intimiate scaled operation. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam will primarily be handled by naval bombardment with some infantry to clear the leftovers.
ICE personnel will use visual estimation to determine ethnics who should be killed, as well as reconnaissance drones trained on Phenoguessr for confirmation in ambiguous scenarios (Ex: 7/8th white and 1/8th hispanic).
4. Rebuild destroyed cities after ICE has cleansed the country of browns/blacks
Authorize a special fund in the range of 50-75 billion to rebuild city blocks and infrastructures after ICE deployments and air bombardment, naval support and bioweapons have done their work in cleansing all U.S. cities of ethnics.
Including the disposal of hundreds of millions of brown/black/Jew dead bodies littering the streets, this will take 2-3 years.
In total, my plan will likely require 100 billion for the initial planning + assault phase, then 50-75 billion for rebuilding. The plan will take about 3-4 years to fully cleanse the continential U.S + Alaska + Hawaii + Puerto Rico + Guam of all ethnics (including whites with 1/8th or more ethnic ancestry).
