First I am going to go to the therapist which wont help at all but I will say I am so ugly that I get bullied and I will kill myself unless I get a free surgery.

I wont even ascend with surgeries probably, but there is a long while until i will be finished (atleast 2 more years) and I cant cope any longer. I will do as I said.
