You probably have an upper gastrointestinal bleeding combined with a renal source.

Feces being black also occurs if you are on Iron Supplements, if so it’s normal. Are you? Need to know whether it’s tarry or foul smelling.

You also have gross hematuria, I need to know whether it’s with pain or without to diagnose further.

Be grateful. If the hematuria (peeing blood) hurts then it’s very LESS likely that you have malignancy (cancer).

First WATER - 2.5L before the day ends.
You can try with Cefixime or Ciprofloxacin which are taken twice daily at 200mg and 500mg doses for a course of 3 days. (consult a doc in your area, he’ll examine you first, he’s gotta see whether Pallor or Icterus is present in you which I can’t from here or else it’s difficult to diagnose).
