I’m a cross country runner, so I run lots of cardio and miles. I recently turned 15 years old. Growing up, I was a very picky eater — like, bad. I didn’t try pizza until I was around 10 or 11, and I didn’t have a hamburger until I was about 11.5 or 12. I still don’t like condiments at all (mustard, mayo, ketchup, pretty much any sauce), and I hate bacon, turkey, and ham. As for milk, I basically never drank it as a kid. I can drink it now, but I still prefer not to.

Genetics-wise, my dad is 5'9.5" and my mom is 5'3". My dad played volleyball in college but wasn’t tall enough to go pro. His dad (my grandpa) was 6'1", and his mom is 5'5". On my mom’s side, her dad is 5'8.5", and her mom (who passed away) was around 5'3" to 5'4". Strangely, my mom’s siblings are all pretty tall — her middle sister is about 5'7" or even , and her older sister is around 5'6" or 5'7".

I eat a decent amount of junk food, but I also eat a lot of healthier stuff too. I’m not sure if all this is working for or against me, but… am I cooked?

What's your tanner stage? Growth pattern of dad? When did you notice your first growth spurt? You're kinda fucked unless you're a late bloomer. Shoe size wingspan etc?

your diet isnt gonna affect height unless you undereat

You can actually get sick from too much vitamin A, D, E, K because they don't dissolve in water. But it's almost impossible to overdose on vitamin C and complex B because they dissolve in water and you piss them out

Cope. Grain fed fat tissue is white, grass fed fat tissue is yellow. We STORE 'excess' vitamins for future use, obviously. It would be an incredibly retarded thing from your body to do, to never store any nutrients. Are you insulting God here or something? :lul:

There is actually a little side effect from too much vitamin A, K2, D: you become a chad.
Why? Because vitamins A, K2, and D3 are all growth nutrients and cellular health nutrients.

1) We don't eat raw meat in Orthodox Christianity 2) I'm talking about when you eat like 1kg of liver in day which is too much and it probably won't be the vitamins that make you sick. Something like 400g-500g is okay most likely if you are healthy

You can eat it with pineapple, this way you can eat less liver to save money. I would think 500 grams of liver with pineapple would be well enough.

2. If it's not bitter, it's ok. Just never dilute your digestive acids by eating it with water / milk, and you're gonna digest and neutralize everything properly.

Why you just skipped my point. We store nutrients in the fat, water to piss out is unnecessary. We can have yellow fat inside us, instead of white fat.
