Just from looking at my subhuman face, what do y'all think my plan should be? MSE+MSDO then Bimax or just Bimax,Genio/MentoPlasty, expansion ALL in one surgery? I live in NY Btw any surgeon recommendations?

MSDO is opening lower jaw from the front while MSE opens it from the back.
So if you get both even if your front teeths close correctly teeths in back you would still need braces, hell even SFOT might be necessary.

So your best bet is either expanding with MSE very little so your lower teeth arch can follow, or a direct SFOT right after you finished expanding, (or not expanding at all depending on your palate).

Orbital decompression if you think your eyes are bulging out of their sockets, (or not if you are okay with them cuz that surgery is both dangerous and expensive).

But what is definitly necessary here is bimax with ccw rotation + custom made infraorbital-malar implants :

went to Newaz today, he told me ill be doing mse for the upper, some type of lower expander, combined with facemask since i'm only 18. After that braces/sfot. Once I'm done with that, ill consult a maxillofacial surgeon. Thank you guys for the support man y'all make me laugh. I'm gonna stay humble through all this because even with my lightskin/mulatto features, someone else can always mog me. I'll stay active and let y'all know how mse goes when I start next month

Idk but he's the ortho that's treating Ronald Ead as well. He's very blackpilled and airway focused so i trust him
