I am 15 yrs old , 5"7 , 54kg (119pounds) , My Dad had Puberty When he was 15-16 , His maxxilla got wider and his face becomed masculine and chin got wider and he got growth spurt , Since 2-4 I started seeing changes in my body like my height got sudden boost and my face got more masculine than before ( Check my Last post for that ) And my shoulder become broader (16.5-17.5inch)
What should I do to maximize the results because I know my puberty started now and should I inject Roids like ( Hgh , Test , Tren , Igf-1, Etc) what should I do

most important is eating healthy (try to limit processed food) and just workout.
Just do this and you are way above the rest of the people in your age group, if you want more you can look in best of the best threads for more info

Diet - 10 whole eggs , 500ml milk , 500g curd , 80g oats , 4 whole bread , 200g rice , Ashwagandha and shatavari for deep sleep , Magnesium glycinate , Zinc , vit b complex , 30mins of sunbath , 6 times of Weight training in a week , I sleep 12hrs daily 8pm to 8am , Should I do sprinting btw I tried it once on a alternate day but I think that increased my cortisol to much

you can sprint if you want ig, some people say it boosts your test but its not alot.

I would do it tho if you can ig, but if it incresases your cortisol idk

If you want you can workout 5 days and sprint on the other day, rest days are important

Just try it for 1-2 weeks, and see if you are still progressing in the gym.
