I'm 15, my height is about 190 cm and my pubertymaxx includes:
600 mg of zinc, 1.2g of magnesium, 600 mg of omega-3, 800 g of glycine per day (I have a lot of stress based on possible dysmorphia)

I have been doing two-hour workouts in the gym for more than two years (since I was 13), since recently I started doing more cardio endurance exercises
, I also take a contrast shower for about 1.5 - 2 years every day, it partially helps me with stress, and it easily cheers me up after waking up.

I try to consume more potassium from dried apricots, but I often forget about it, and as a dietary supplement, I stopped taking it because I assumed that it was useless
.
I have relatively good genetics about my body (fast metabolism and tall enough height for my age), but there are still a lot of puffiness on my face.
I am an absolute beginner in the topic of looksmaxxing, and perhaps most of what I do is a complete cope, I ask for advice on how I can increase my natural testosterone at the age of 15 without peptides, remove swelling and, in principle, suggest directions in order to become better

Look in the BOTB threads there's a lot of great advice

I have no idea what I can do, what it might be called "pubertymaxxing" in your understanding because I'm a complete newbie.

its impossible that you're taking 600mg of zinc . Impossible

If you take these vitamins in elemental numbers then you will suffer some king of toxicity sooner or later. 600mg of zinc is 20 days worth of zinc and 1.2 grams of magnesium is very difficult to take. I assume you are talking about the total values of these supplements and not their elemental values . Take another look at your supplements to see if these numbers are elemental(bioavailable) .
For example :
I take 2000mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate but only 440 mg of that is elemental the rest is not absorbed.
