I'm still stuck at 4 chest to bar pull ups with decent form
Been like this for ages
Maybe form slightly improved

I've been doing quite a few pull ups throughout the day. Grease the groove type shit

I want to get to 5 in the next 2 weeks

I'm pretty sure better form counts as a form of progressive overload. Don't stress, sir.

give us your plan

i lost half a plate in my bend over row and 3 stacks in my lat pull down when i got under 180 but my pull ups went from 7 to 12
