WHAT DO I DO??? I CANT GO TO THE DENTIST OR DOCTOR BECAUSE MY MOM THINKS ITS NORMAL, AND IT MAKES ME SAD

How bad are they?
Don't overbrush your teeth and NEVER BRUSH YOUR GUMS
Try using apagard toothpaste it doesn't contain fluoride so its better for your teeth

Avoid sugary drinks like cola and fruit juice
Also avoid fruit in general

Its visibly bad but not severe.
I have already used fluoride free tooth paste for a while but i dont brush often and when i do, its always been hard, but my private dentist always said i brushed well

You might have plaque under and between your gums
You should floss but try and get a appointment for plaque cleaning

I risked it and used a math compass to scrape some off the back of my teeth jfl

I have Flossed once but i started bleeding alot but that was long time ago. I think flossing made me susceptible to issues
 
Jag tror du bör se till att du får i dig nog med kalcium, ta k2 och d3 med. Oil pulling skulle nog också vara bra

You need to train your gums you’ll bleed a bit but it’s not a big issue start flossing and bushing twice a day once in the morning again before bed.

You have to floss, everyones gums bleed when they floss until they get used to it. You only get one set of teeth and gums so you really should spend the 5 minutes a day to brush and floss that will save you trouble, time, and money in the future

my gums ALWAYS used to bleed badly every time i brushed my teeth no matter how good i was with my dental hygiene routine. Gums were getting worse and worse looking, family history of receding gums and gum disease, etc.etc.

on strict carnivore they stopped bleeding within a few weeks and started looking healthy af, receding reversed

dental health is 99% diet

Everyone gets some gum recession as they age. Go ask a dentist for 50 bux, he probably tells you everything is fine, like he said to me.

age? im just 15 and one i saw the difference in recession from yesterday and today
