Anyways I been talking to this jaw surgeon, he said is able to do trimax in Serbia for 10900 EU
Also he said he was able to vertically lengthen the ramus, and increase the bigonial width of the jaw slightly
I don't even wanna go to college I just want to get a job at this point for surgery
He said this to me
"Hi Dr,
It certainly is possible providing it suits your facial appearance and the teeth meet properly,
Bimaxillary surgery + genioplasty - surgical fee EUR 9.000; hospital costs EUR 1.600.
Totals. EUR 10.600

I asked him this
"Is it possible you do a CCW rotation along with it, and move the maxillary base in the posterior part?
Also, is it possible to widen the mandible or vertically lengthen the ramus?"
He replied back
"CCW movement is a routine

"To widen the mandible” using distraction with previous osteotomy and postoperative orthodontics it is feasible to a certain extent.
“Vertically lengthen the ramus” it is also possible."
All this for almost 13k
Assuming transportation, hotel costs and everything that is around 3.5k so lets say 16k-17k
