I did OMAD for 5 days to curve my addictions and vices. I was doing this for the first time so I began with Looksmax, I was so addicted too this site I’d be on it during dates and even in church

Well now… well you can all see how inactive I have been all weekend I am basically freed from it.

My lust? I still have it but it’s far easier to tame.


I still struggle with gaming, procrastination and aggression and idle chatter.

Next week I’ll be curbing my idle chatter trying to reduce and cut down on my profanity and aggression it’ll be hard but I’ll do it, I’ll also do my procrastination

Glory to God, a glory to the father son and Holy Spirit I’m no longer captive by this deplorable site and 90% off the posts here are disgusting evil and debased. Racism, sexism, even faggot shit like worshipping male models and gore. Shame on all of you no wonder the spirit of depression has power over u all
