i was on reta for 6 weeks.
i documented my journey and this is basically everything i realised.
I lost 6kg, about 1 kg weekly and felt and looked better.
However these are the effects i noticed: my stomach is much more sensitive, even after the cycle
My face is visibly leaner and my waist got smaller.
I had some skin sensitivity once my dose increased to 1.5mg weekly.
My food noise went away once dose increased to 1.0mg
I also felt less drawn to nicotine, almost just didnt have the urge.
energy was lower than usual.
However i did make 1 fatal mistake.
On my final pin i decided to move up to 2mg even though the week before i had just moved up from 1.0 mg to 1.5mg.
It really cooked me.
day 1 after was fine, day 2 started getting some acid reflux and sulfur burps (due to the slowed digestion). However from day 3 onwards things took a turn.
I couldnt eat. i ended up not eating for 4 days.
I would constantly wake up due to stomach cramps, go shit and then fall back asleep and the cycle continues. my max shit count per day was 18 which is still crazy if you think about it.
i ended up going hospital because the effects were so bad and i had to get hooked up to iv.
you guys may call this retarded and your right but, just take it as a lesson.
1. dont increase your dose too quickly.
I also realised that peptides aren't as effective as you think. they are definitely useful but they arent as good as marketed. the only reason they get pushed so much is because they are a gold mine and people make a lot of money off them.
pinning also made me realise i want to become a doctor and that researching chemical and stuff actually interested me.
last note dont be retarded like me and wait before increasing your dose too quickly. your health comes above all.
