i got some metal in the back of my teeth so i could progressively start wearing them less and less

never knew about this and kinda skipped through it but from what i know retainers don't make my teeth pull out but instead pulls them in.

i already checked if it wasn't because my teeth angularity was fucked and that they were flaring out but it doesn't seem to be the case so i can only assume that retainers are compressing my palate in the wrong way.
