my rich "cuck" parents want me to "study" so that i can become "self independent"
the reason i calling them cucks is that my dad 50 years old, is an overworked employee, i am very proud of him tho... very astonished to know that he as an employee

Me I'm poor my dad managed to build a house, have a car, water, electricity etc to take care of us but he never taught that one day I will have to do that too I took everything for granted when anything could happen to stop this comfort in a sec, I just realized that now at 18 and I droped off now trying to make money but he's telling me to go to school

i feel like u can become rich as an employee, my entire family has a lot of money and none were ever independent workers. They were all high level executives at big companies but ig they’re exceptions and its hard to get these positions without connections.

You should listen to you parents,college and major is a very good predictor for wealth,even if you dont end up working in the field meeting the people there and also jsut having the credential and learning the things,not just through the school itself but b doing shit with peolle there, its basically thw easiest ticked to being statusmaxxed and therefore moneymax too

Also making you parents proud is probably smart since thayre probably more likely to help you out financially if you want to start a business as the post implies and youll really need that

You can do multiple things simultaneously and it seems unlikely that you would acheive more by not going
