My name is João, I'm 21 years old, I'm Brazilian and I'm browsing this site. This is what I've researched and will apply so far. If you can add anything else to my protocols or offer any criticism, please do so.

MY MEASUREMENTS:

BF: I should be between 20% and 25%
6 feet tall
53 cm bidelt
Dick: 18.3 cm wide and 14.5 cm in circumference.

Currently I think I'm a sub-5 but with a chance of reaching a HTN or MTN. I plan to achieve that by the end of this year.

HAIR/FACIAL HAIR

Dutasteride 2.5mg + topical minoxidil 5% twice a day, morning and night, on hair/beard/mustache/eyebrows

Tretinin in hair combined with minoxidil to improve hair growth

SKIN:

I don't have acne, I have very few that appear occasionally, but I have very open pores and very dry skin. Oily skin and acne scars on the cheek

Isotretinoin 20mg 3 times a week

Non-comedogenic moisturizer

Mild cleansing soap

Sunscreen SPF 70

Dermastamp 1mm every 2 weeks

Hormones:

125mg of testosterone cypionate (40mg 3 times a week) as I only want to do TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy)

GYM:

4 workouts a week for upper and lower body

10,000 steps a day

3x HIIT cardio a week for 20 minutes

DIET: My body fat percentage should be between 20% and 25%, I want to get down to between 8% and 10% and maintain that. To do this, I will create an aggressive 1100 calorie deficit, a diet with little animal protein, only 150g of sardines and 200g of kefir a day, the rest grains, fruits, vegetables and nuts. I want to have a High intake of omega-3 and healthy fats and a low intake of saturated fat

Current Diet:

DIET

Breakfast:

200g seasonal fruit

25g oat bran

15g molasses

15g chia flour

15g flaxseed flour

10g cocoa powder

3g cinnamon

1 banana

Lunch:

70g potato

75g sardines with bones

75g beans

30g mixed nuts

1 whole raw carrot

25ml extra virgin olive oil

100g seasonal fruit

Dinner:

70g sweet potato

75g sardines with bones

75g beans

100g cruciferous vegetables

1 carrot Whole raw fish

100g of seasonal fruit

Supplementation:

2 capsules of a multivitamin per day

Calcium 600mg

Vitamin K2 150ucg

Vitamin D3 3,000 IU

EPA + DHA 1500mg only on days I don't eat fish

No, I was talking about 5 inch girth which is around 13 cm. 14.5 cm/5.7 inch girth is above average, assuming you measured MSEG accurately. I'm 15-15.1 cm and it's definitely thick so you're good bro

Htn No, but definitely mtn. I don't consider myself ugly. In my whole life so far I've only been in relationships with 5 girls. I have a chubby face, and I believe that if I slim it down properly, I'll look good. At the moment I consider myself "acceptable." I was wrong to classify myself as sub-5; I'm not that hideous.

Well, as you can see, I also have Class III malocclusion. I live in Brazil, so I'll never be able to have surgery, although I don't know how my teeth are aligned. My palate measures 43 cm.

The malocclusion is pretty bad. But if you get it fixed I can picture you looking quite well. I suppose you mean 43cm, not mm? That's very wide, so it might mean you have had good development apart from the misalignment. Your nose is quite well shaped.

Yes, and cm, not millimeters, I made a mistake. I don't think I can solve this because Lefort II surgery is too expensive for me in Brazil, but I'll go to the dentist. I've also seen Invisalign used to treat Class III malocclusion.

Sim, e cm, não milímetros, me equivoquei. Acho que não consigo resolver isso porque a cirurgia de Lefort II é muito cara para mim no Brasil, mas vou ao dentista. Também já vi o Invisalign tratando má oclusão de Classe III.
Hablé ingles lol pero creo que entiendo bastante bien. Realmente necesitas Le Fort II? Tu maxilla no me parece tan malo, diría que tu mandible es lo que necesita cirugía. De todos modos espero que puedas encontrar alguien en Brasil que pueda darte lo que necesitas.
