My rotator cuffs and elbows hurt so much because of roiding

I do low reps to failure and since i never had problems before i thought it would be fine anyways. Think i have tendonitis now after shoulder pressing they hurt alot and i cant even do the motion of a lu raise before my rotator cuffs hurt.
Think i need to start tb500 and bpc 157

Also that sideways rotator cuff cable thing made my shoulders immune to everything ngl

But how many years u been training natty ? How much gear ?
I didnt even train a whole year before hopping on lol and im doing 500mg test 300 mast, responding well to it

Ye the tendons don’t grow linear to muscle especially on almost a gram :hnghn:
