my rotting is being disturbed

I have a window in my room and sometimes my parent will come in and open the window but not tell me so if anyone was biking down the street they could hear me I dont want to be heard I don't want to be seen I don't want to be imagined this annoys me so much I have to triplecheck if my windows are open or my blinds are not flipped correctly

I have to go downstairs to get water bottles I might just bring water to my room and stock it under my bed
I'll fast for a little since I need to leanmax anyway
