  • Coconut Oil: 3 to 6 table spoons /day
  • Selenium Methionine: 400 to 600 mcg /day
  • Chromium GTF: 400mcg /day.
  • Magnesium Citrate: 2000mg /day.
  • Zinc Picolinate: 150mg /day
  • Molybdenum: 500mcg 3 times /day
  • Niacinamide (b3): 500-1000mg before bed.
  • Black Tea: 3 times /day
  • Omega 3 Fish Oil: 3 to 4 gelcaps or more /day
  • Cod Liver Oil: 3 to 6 gelcaps /day
  • Vitamin K2 (MK-4): 500mcg-1mg
  • Vitamin D3: 5000 iu / day
  • Vitamin E: 400mg /day
  • Vitamin A: 2,400 mcg

Reasoning: I only lift on weekends due to time constraints. Initially I believed i'd lose mass (was training every day). I actually gained mass. Went from 43" chest to 46" in a couple months (13% bf). Sometimes less really is more.

what orientation would be more ideal? I shower of course, but I never use soap on my face because several studies have proven it to cause more harm than good.

Don't use tretinoin on the nights you dermaroll, especially if you're using a 1.5mm.

I was on PPL till I started college+60 hours of work a week. whats weird is that I actually gained more muscle mass off a weaker split.

Don't use tretinoin on the nights you dermaroll, especially if you're using a 1.5mm.
I only use vit c and ha on dermarolling days lmao. Whats a good cleanser.
How is the jergens glow?
I like it. It's a little orange but better than pasty white.
