Could talk in public (school work). I shaked a bit at first and the mental fear and anxiety only eased a little bit, but the main and all the relevants symptoms like heavy sweating, forgetfulnes and trembling during the activity dissapeared.

Don't work for everyone but since it's cheap is very worth trying, apparently it may even work as good benzos in panic disorder but the studies comparing are few. A similar drug, clonidine erased my mental anxiety but made me a sleeping zombie
