A month on lgd and Ostarine and 0 increase on benchpress

Honestly, this was kinda just a crashout over a failed bench PR. Its prolly legitness, atleast the ostarine

Ive gotten pretty bad bicep tendon pain everytime benching lately which is probably whats fucking up my strength, because I just tried incline where I dont have any pain and got 4 extra reps

Also put on 4kg of weight (mostly water tbh)

Dont think so. I hit 100kg before ever hopping on and struggled hard asf on 97.5 despite really having all my ducks in order today. Almost certain its the bicep thats fucking

Then tried incline later that day and hit 70 for 7 whereas 3 was my max before

Well you did get stronger, 70 for 7.

I had the same experience too on deadlift, could rep 170kg but always failed to hit 180kg, although I pr it months ago before. I was stuck for almost a year, then bulk, hit 180kg and now it's 220kg for 1rm
