My Short Experience on DNP

Before stats: 159lb ~13-14% BF @ 5'8
After: 153lb ~12% BF

Before some retard comments: "Durr why are you using DNP when you can use reta."

STFU, nothing is faster at helping you lose weight than DNP. I had to rapidly cut BF for a social event so I didn't look completely subhuman. Even on 100mg reta I wouldn't be able to lose weight as fast as I did on DNP.


What I did
I was on 400mg for 5 days, dosed once in the morning. I was also on 200mg Testosterone Cypionate, 8mg Retatrutide, and 1mg Cagrilintide. My calorie average for the days I used DNP was 1900cal.

Day 1: Felt almost nothing, completely fine for the most part. Here is where some low IQ retards take more and why DNP gets a bad rap.

Day 2: About 2-3 hours after my second dose of 400mg I noticed EXTREMELY increased thirst. Every 20 minutes I got thirsty, and none of it was coming out as piss. I must've gained at least 4lb of water and it showed by my extremely bloated face.

At this point I also felt noticeably warmer, and here is where the infamous DNP night sweats started. Since the DNP wasn't fully saturated yet, the sides weren't too bad, I woke up maybe 3 times during the night covered in sweat. I also had to piss twice during the night because I would have a dry throat from all the water loss due to the sweating.

The heat also started to set in by this point, like the room temperature was always ~7°F warmer than normal.

Day 3: Much the same experience as day 2, except the side effects were more intense. By this point I noticed my resting heart rate was about 20bpm faster than normal, which also affected my heart rate during sleep. The thirst began to normalize by this point.

Day 4: Here is where it started to get brutal. I binged on some goyslop, and I got way hotter as a result. At this point I started to get a slight headache the entire day, and I felt much more fatigued during my gymcelling sessions.

Day 5: This was probably the worst day based on how I physically felt in my entire life. The heat I felt was more like it was 20°F hotter than normal, and I had a worsened headache. On this day I also got horrible shortness of breath, it felt like I couldn't get enough air no matter how fast or deep my breaths were. This night I probably woke up 10 times covered in sweat, and gone to piss 5 times at least during the night.

At this point the shortness of breath made me realize this dosage was not sustainable so I decided to stop taking DNP starting the next day until it exited my system. On Day 6 I felt 3x better having not taken the DNP.

Days 6-9: I lost a lot of the water weight I gained from the DNP and settled at 153lb (-6lb almost purely fat loss in 5 days of 400mg).


Final Notes
I lost almost no strength in the gym, likely due to the exogenous testosterone. I also felt a slight increase in carb cravings, but it was mostly offset by the cagrilintide and reta.
I am on DNP again now, but at a daily dose of 200mg with a 400mg frontload instead of 400mg daily. This dosage feels very sustainable and I will probably use it for 3-4 weeks to get to ~7% body fat. I have also added Trenbolone Acetate 10mg daily to my protocol to further prevent catabolism.


My advice: Don't use more than 400mg, if the sides are too intense, just come off of the shit. Long term side effects are a meme unless if you truly have dogshit genetics or if you're a 60 year old woman.

Should’ve mentioned the 5 days in the title or in the beginning of the thread. Motherfuckers think 6lbs loss is shit for DNP, the ones that didn’t read don’t know it’s 1lbs pure fat a day. Would’ve taken a natty dieter 6 weeks JFL.

just run little calorie deficit eat only whole foods and youlll lose body fat not that hard never understood why ppl inject stuff to lose fat

It's really not that dangerous. On the last few days I wanted to die from the side effects but the DNP wasn't going to help me with accomplishing that at only 400mg. You'd need to run 800mg+ for at least a month to have any shot at actual death.

Sounds like all hype so far, if it really has a 2 hour half-life like in the studies you would need to dose a fuckton every day. I havent heard any personal experiences about people losing weight on BAM15, while for DNP there are plenty of stories to read through. If you have money to spare it might be worth a shot, but I would just stick with DNP.

Currently, I don’t have any DNP on hand, which is why I plan to use this cutting stack
