Yeah I might get MSE but mainly to mobilize my maxilla so it’s susceptible to movement by facemask.

Any extra ipd will certainly be nice, tho my es ratio will actually decrease unfortunately. The facemask should create upswing and therefore slightly improve my midface ratio tho.

One of my main concerns is that MSE will likely exacerbate my asymmetry.

u gotta fix your hair, doesn't look good rn. hair in 2023 is everything tbh, everyone i know who slays has really good hair (middle part, fluffy hair, etc)

also yeah mouth asymmetry is a bit noticable, maybe you can fix with fillers or something jfl

It’s an asymmetry in my maxilla, so fillers could possibly hide it a bit but not fix it
