(Wokeup at 11, slept for 9-10 hours or so innit)

you should be more concerned about the soy sauce rather than pufas. there arent enough studies on pufas . some say its good and some say its bad. i suggest you can eat pufas but no to tofus , soy and estrogenic stuff
