My skin has been naturally red since birth how do I get pale skin

Thanks, I think I might need to contact a doctor because its not related to heat, exercise or emotional responses and its giving me a lot of embarassment. Ive had it since 3rd grade so I got used to people saying stuff about it but its pretty annoying ngl
