Except I won’t.. But I can tell my skin is objectively bad… I’ve got red, itchy patches around my nose. And I’ve got a lot of flaky skin as well, across my face.

I have "model" tier skin, I don't do much to maintain it but I could do something more

I just do vaseline whenever my skin gets dry, it fixed it with a couple of days, not a big commitment

I’m not 30. I’m 29. What difference does it make? Is it normal for people my age to have flaky skin, is that what you’re implying?

Vaseline? Isn’t that pretty strong stuff? I think you are probably smearing your pillow with that, unless you wash it off before sleeping? It seems to me that way your pores can get infected, but I could be wrong. I’m just, uh.. guessing. Is the flaky skin from being dry? Basically, Vaseline would fix it, is what you’re saying? :ogre:

Most likely. Well, what is a good diet? I just eat whatever it is they have at home. Today, I only had fried fish from the local fish store and brown rice with goat meat from yesterday, which I finished today. :ogre:

Use CeraVe moisturizer and retinol and your skin problems will basically all go away.

start Accutane and do the basic stuff and your face will clear so quickly

I haven‘t had bad skin to begin with but still using accutane just to prevent anything from happening and shit was a gamechanger

Thanks for the advice. I’m just interested in increasing my knowledge, but not interested in actually doing it. Doesn’t retinol give you that gay glow, or am I confusing it with retin-A?

Isn’t accutane for those who have acne? I don’t have acne, thankfully enough. Never had to deal with that, but then again, if you’re facially unattractive due to a bad base, then it doesn’t really matter.

Mine doesn’t have any identifiable faults other than some blackheads on my nose but it’s maybe lost a little bit of glow since my early 20s. Sunlight really helps it and it looks really good in selfies I’ve taken in direct sunlight but nothing special in all other pictures and mirrors. But I will get no sunlight for the next few months so I’m starting MT2 and lycopene, no results yet.

I thought it was simply for those with acne, and those without it wouldn’t benefit from using it (as you can tell, I don’t know anything about skincare).

retinoic acid is the stuff that they all convert into, normal retinOL has to under-go 2 reactions to become retinoic acid, retinAL has to do 1 reaction, and stuff like tret is straight up retinoic acid hence why it is prescription and seen as the most effective

Good that you mention it, I forgot to mention the blackheads on my nose. Well, add that to the list of failos, then. Oh well. I was under the impression you were in your late teens, though. Not on basis on seeing your pictures (I haven’t), but because I automatically assume most users here are younger. How old are you now?

Hmm I heard something about that but I’ve never gotten that gay glow. It’s either retinol or retin a or accutane. I learned all this Looksmaxing stuff like 10 years ago and when I left the forums I lost a lot of my knowledge.

they make these charcoal face masks/lotion that stick to your and take out your blackheads I highly recommend them.

it can help acne but what it does is increase your cell turnover rate which is why its marketed as making your skin younger, as it heals faster from acne or other problems

however it also regulates sebum production, so it can cause alot of flaking at the start which is the purging stage, but after a while it balances out and gets better, and the dryness would go down

I believe it was definitely not accutane, but probably retin-A. Perhaps you didn’t use it long enough for that gay glow to appear. I can now recognize women that use it, because they all have that glow. At first, I thought it was natural and people just had good skin, but it’s basically just them frauding really hard with products like these. That gay glow gives everything away.

I got it without any prescription:forcedsmile: I think it‘s worth a try I‘m sure it‘ll help with things not acne related
I used to struggle a lot with dry, red flaky skin as well and something that really helped is Ketozolin 2%, no need for prescriptions. My dermatologist recommended it for me I‘m p sure it‘s acc a shampoo for really dry skin with discoloration and redness n I just use it on my face instead and shit helped a lot

I have seen strips that you can put on your nose but they seem to be semi-effective. Works better for people with light hairs (didn’t use it myself).

Interesting, thanks for enlightening me. Would you say it has helped in your case? Do people think you look younger than your actual age as a result of using these products?

No problem! I don’t really see the point in doing it, really. I mean, I’m already unattractive due to being a truecel, so it just seems pathetic to me to try and improve when, at best, I’d go from truecel to truecel with better skin. Lol.

Brutal. What unfixable falio?

Use Botox for eye area it can give hooded eyes or less eye lid exposure there’s a thread on it

it all depends honestly

its not gonna be a crazy difference for most people but people use it as an "anti-ager" as it can help reduce wrinkles and fine lines

if u have loads of these getting rid of them in favour of smooth, clear skin would be quite an indicator of being more youthful, but for alot of people its not going to make them look a decade younger, just have nicer skin and look better

Sounds like that is what may fix it in my case. Some days it’s less red but other days, it’s noticeable and feels very itchy to me. Almost some sort of a burning sensation, too. It’s probably a skin infection in my case. But if that’s so, then it’s weird, because I don’t use any products or whatever. Perhaps it’s an allergic reaction to dust mites, which I do have. And I have a slight allergy towards cats, but I don’t own any, nor do I have any near me.

yes, vaseline would fix your flaky skin from being dry. It probably does smear on my pillow but I do a thin sheet on my face plus I sleep on my back so it’s not terrible

Thanks for the nice words, but you haven’t seen my nose or my eye area. I admit that my lower third is somewhat decent, but it’s nullified if you take my other facial features into account. One decent feature and two bad features makes one a truecel, or perhaps a truecellite at best.

if it bothers you throughout the day id say just do the bare minimum and see if it helps u at all
