My skin looks like a burnt steak

God it’s so bad like so many red parts like everything is bad except acne I have barely any like it’s so bad especially when under the sun like holy fuck I have so many red and brown parts wtff. I just started using neutrodevia or whatever it’s called for acne. And I’m going to try sunscreen but I don’t know what else to use somebody help.
