No , for hair thinning . Been on 0.5 for like 6 months but i decided to try 2.5 and hopefully get thicker stronger hair i will see if it works.
0.5 mg reduce scalp dht by 50% 2.5 by 80-90% so i think it's worth a try

I think that's too much and likely to give you unwanted side effects, I've been on 0.5mg for 6 years and it does the trick fine
