This is my skin today - October 23, 2020.
I have got acne/pimples and acne scares as you can see above...... So,
reducing that would take a lot of time and also I will seek help from Dermatologist next month...But, until then, I would like to do certain things to improve my skin/skin-tone, like -
1. Drink warm water throughout the day.
2. Drink 4 glasses of lemon-water [2 lemons per-day] for vitamin C.
3. Drink Green-Tea [2 cups per-day] ~ flavor is Tulsi-Ginger.
4. Take Retinol [21mg per-day] for vitamin A.
5. Get 8 hours of sleep at night daily.
Would post the results of my skin on November 17, 2020.
