How do you guys measure exactly.

I measure at the widest point of my head, which is exactly above my ears, like 1cm above my ears and also put the measuring tape slightly above my eyebrows, so that the browridge is included in the whole circumference.

If I measure like that, the circumference is 57 cm / 22.4409 inch. And my head already looks fkn huge af EVEN though I have wide shoulders. Like 90%+ of ppl I see have smaller heads.

I tried to exted the measuring tape to 65-66 cm and its fkn insane.

I wish I had a more narrow head ngl.

If most of the bone mass is in the back of your head instead of the width then its possible to have a narrow'ish head and still have a large circumference, which isnt a good thing. You want most of the mass to be in the width.

22” about 4 years ago in my teens

22.5” probably a couple years ago

23” is the consistent measurement as of of recent as I’ve measured a few times

it’s supposedly 90% percentile but i don’t trust it because it still feels small and I’m a midget

24”-25” is ideal if you have the height and frame to match.

but usually bigger the better. Large skull is very important, small skull is one of the biggest failos and terrible because any leg lengthening if you are too short will make you look disgusting, and if already tall you look Subhuman.
