In what world brother? Average bidelt of a marine in 2010 was 19.6 inches for a height of 5'9. I am using marines cuz their antropometry is top notch. 16 inch is average biacromial breadth wich is the skeleton.

I have both and my true bidelt is 18.5 inch at 5'10 and its very small irl. There is no way you are 16 in if you are not like 5'2.
