My sleeep is insanely fucked up rn and has gotten worse for no reason

Muh red light therapy will help ur sleep

Brah I fall asleep at like 7 pm and wake up at 12 then sleep for 3 more hours waking up at 3 am

Then later in the day I’m already tired and I have to fight to stay awake and not fall asleep like 5 pm

I’m already feeling tired at 3 pm

Don’t expect you guys to be able to help me I already know all the supposed methods I just wanna complain about it

The melatonin RLT produces is not pineal melatonin and won't help your sleep. If anything the Lux count from RLT will destroy your sleep.
