I go to bed around 11 PM. It's hard to sleep early because I usually have dinners or dates in the evening. I take 5 mg melatonin but I keep waking up at 5-6 AM feeling exhausted. What can I do to fix this?
 
take 0.5 mg melatonin only

sports
reduce screen time, if not possible take 20 seconds breaks every 20 mins by staring at an object 6 meters away
blue light filter glasses when using phone or pc
no eletric devices close to your body at night
no light sources in bedroom
19-20 degrees temperature in bedroom
earplugs to not get waken up by noises
pee before going to bed and dont trink 1-2 hours before sleeping
sleep on left side with a pillow between your legs

preferably no phone/tv 30-60 mins before bed but its too hard for most people so instead of the blue light glasses
