I keep waking up 2-4 times throughout the night. If I sleep at 10 I’ll wake up a few times and after 3d time waking up I’ll be unable to go back to sleep.

I take 10 mg melatonin before bed and never had issues. When I can’t go back to sleep I’ll take melatonin again and fall back asleep but will wake up tired after even sleeping 7 hours.

I eat a healthy diet, workout, and excercise. I don’t take stimulants.

I am very stressed at the moment due to my situation with my job. I have tried meditating before bed and it helps sometimes but often I am to tired to medidate.

What can I do to solve this?

do you smoke weed or use nicotine? also, make sure you're taking your melatonin a while before bed. try a lower dose more isnt always better, i switched from 10-15mg nightly tp 3-6 and sleep so much better

Yes I smoke light cigarettes but only 2 a day and don’t smoke 5 hours before bed. No weed

lux lamp, blue light blocking glasses & sleep in a different room

Ur tired because ur recessed jaw is having difficulty with air intake while ur sleeping. Having bones is attractive due to health indicators for a good reason. U probably have airway issues :feelswhy: I know I probably do. Time to MSE max and double jaw surgery just to be able to get a good nights sleep. But hey, it’s a good excuse for surgerymaxxing

Lmao bro 2 cigs a day why are you throwing away your looks for nothing

Melatonin is only useful for making you fall asleep, not stay asleep
L-theanine is more effective when it comes to disrupted sleep, take 200mg 30-60 minutes prior to sleeping

magnesium is also a good sup to look into for sleep

Get sunlight in the morning and be active during the day, at least 2-3h outside
Have a wake up, bed schedule
